Our rates are set to allow us to have smaller caseloads and maintain the quality of services provided to our patients. We believe our rates are commensurate with our level of training and expertise.
We require a debit or credit card, or HSA to be kept on file (collected during intake paperwork). If using insurance, after your insurance has paid its portion of your bill, we will automatically charge the payment method we have saved on file.
We are in-network providers with the following insurances:
We do not currently accept Medicare or Medicaid insurance.
Out of network services may be covered in full or in part. If we are an out of network provider for your insurance, you have two options:
Patients are responsible for the portion of the bill that insurance does not cover, including co-pay, coinsurance or deductible. These are fees that a patient should understand before scheduling an appointment. Please take the time to review your medical insurance plan and benefits.
Appointments can be rescheduled through the online patient portal up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. No-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours will incur an out-of-pocket charge.
If you are someone who lives abundantly and would like to contribute towards covering the fees for someone who would otherwise not have access to our services, please let us know. We value and appreciate community driven care and scholarships.
